If you are ready to set up an appointment, please contact us by phone, email or write to us using the form below (please also see “Important” information, section)
We do not offer “free” or complimentary consultation services. Consultation fees vary depending on the type of consultation (in-person or email), and the practice area that you are enquiring about.
Estimates of legal fees quoted over the phone or by email are not guaranteed. Only the lawyer, paralegal or consultant representing or advising you can determine the fees based on the complexity of your case. Please contact us for a quote for an initial consultation.
If you would like to arrange for an email consultation (includes an initial assessment and up to 3 follow-up emails or a phone call if required), the consultation fee payment is required prior to the appointment taking place. When sending the fee payment you should include a brief cover letter with your name, contact information, your background information and any questions you may have. Please note that the initial email consultation can take up to 3-5 business days, and follow-up correspondence can span over the course of a few days.
Methods of payment:
We accept: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, email funds transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, money order or cheque (NSF fee of $40.00 applies)
Please note that any legal advice provided over the phone or by email is considered to be part of the consultation process.
You are responsible for arranging for an interpreter if you need one and are not covered by Legal Aid.
SENDING US YOUR DOCUMENTATION
